The bed was very comfortable. As a double bed should do, it offered more than sufficient space for 2 people to sleep in. The bathroom had enough storage room for toothbrushes and other bathroom utensils. The shower worked nicely and it was easy to switch between warm and cold water. There was extra small storage room for books or mobile phones next to the bed. Furthermore, there were a few hangers to hang jackets or other clothes. All in all, the entire double-bed room offered enough space for two people to stay in.

friendliness of staff was outstanding. atmosphere at breakfast very relaxed. I loved my view over the railway lines and with the mountains in the background. very quiet and peaceful night’s sleep. tv worked. position right in centre near the art gallery and station and the price was just about affordable. beautiful city. For me this was the outstanding hotel in a nine-day tour of Europe. thank you.

Breakfast is very good. People at the reception quite attentive. Room with a good bed to sleep. Location in great, few steps from center and station

Very close to the train station. The room and the bathroom were both generously sized. BBC news was available on the TV.

Everything in the room was beautiful and cozy and warm. The breakfast was warm and fresh. And the staff were friendly and welcoming.
